  4. Pasadas las 3h, sacaremos el chocolate de la nevera. Montamos la nata y añadimos poco a poco al chocolate hasta que esté todo bien incorporado.
  5. Para terminar, rellenaremos con nuestra mezcla los moldes de helados, recipientes etc.. y meteremos al congelador al menos 10h. (Yo normalmente hago la mezcla por la tarde y la dejo en el congelador hasta el día siguiente)
