  1. Cortamos los panes de perrito por arriba siguiendo la forma del pan pero dejando un pequeño borde y sin llegar a atravesarlo. Con ayuda de una cuchara aplastamos el centro para hacer forma de barca. Untamos una fuente con un poquito de aceite, disponemos los panes y reservamos.
  2. Precalentamos el horno a 200°C.
    Preparamos el relleno. Lavamos y picamos la cebolla y los pimientos, rallamos el ajo y salteamos todo en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite, cuando la verdura empiece ablandarse añadimos la carne.
  3. Continuamos rehogando con sal al gusto, al coger color la carne añadimos las habichuelas, comino y tomate. Mezclamos bien y dejamos un par de minutos.
  4. Rellenamos los burri-perritos con la preparación, añadimos queso y jalapeños por encima y horneamos unos 10 min. Hasta que el queso se funda y dore.
  5. En las fotos sale el doble del relleno ya que los botes de habas suelen ser de 400 gr., aprovecho y hago de más. Luego podemos utilizar la otra mitad en otro plato o congelarlo.
