- Retiramos del aceite y los colocamos sobre papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de grasa. Con un vaso los aplastamos sobre la tabla.



- Nuevamente los pasamos por aceite bien caliente, para sé quedoren por todas partes quedando muy crujientes. Los volvemos a poner sobre papel absorbente. Agregamos un poco de sal fina sobre todos.


- Los acompañamos poniendo a cada uno salsa alioli y queso rallado encima de esta. También lo podemos comer solos porque están riquísimos y crujientes 😋.
