  1. Lo primero que vamos a hacer será poner las almejas en remojo con abundante agua fría con sal, así las almejas soltarán la posible arena que puedan tener.
  2. Ahora vamos a cocer un huevo, para ello, ponemos agua a hervir y cuando empiece el hervor metemos el huevo y dejamos cociendo unos 10 minutos.
  3. Mientras se cuece el huevo, vamos picando un diente de ajo en trocitos pequeños. Lo añadimos a la cazuela con un chorrito de aceite y lo dejamos a fuego suave, ya que no queremos que se nos dore demasiado el ajo.
  4. Antes de que el ajo se empiece a dorar, añadimos una cucharada de harina y removemos todo bien durante 1 o 2 minutos, para que la harina se cocine bien.
  5. Después, añadimos un vaso de vino blanco y removemos, también añadimos un vaso de agua (o caldo de pescado) y seguimos removiendo, le ponemos sal al gusto y le ponemos una pizca de perejil.
  6. Añadimos sal a la merluza y la añadimos a la cazuela. Yo estoy utilizando unos lomos de merluza sin piel, vosotros si queréis podéis dejarle la piel o en lugar de lomos poner rodajas de merluza. También le ponemos las almejas que ya teníamos escurridas y limpias y los guisantes, en este caso son guisantes congelados. Tapamos la cazuela y dejamos que se cocine a fuego medio-bajo durante unos 5 minutos.
  7. Por último, añadimos el huevo cocido partido en 4 trozos y los espárragos. Tapamos y dejamos que se cocine todo conjuntamente un par de minutos. Y ya estaría lista esta riquísima merluza en salsa verde.
