  5. Añadimos la nata para cocinar un poquito de sal y un poquito de nuez moscada (siempre me ha gustado el toque que le da) y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio hasta que quede espesa la salsa. Entonces vertemos la salsa en un recipiente adecuado para triturar con la Thermomix.
  6. Una vez la salsa quede bien triturada, volvemos a verter en la paella con el pollo y los champiñones reservados. Removemos y dejamos cocinar todo junto unos 5 min. A disfrutar!
