- A continuación hacemos un majado con los ajos pelados, el avecrem y pimienta al gusto y se lo agregamos a la cebolla (también puedes batirlo todo añadiendo a la batidora unos 100 ml de agua para facilitar el triturado).
- Remueve bien la cebolla y cuando esté lista coloca encima el pescado junto con el zumo de los dos limones. A partir de aquí NO REMUEVAS.
- Ahora pon encima las patatas, añádeles un poco de sal gorda y vierte un vaso de agua. Si las patatas no han quedado cubiertas añade más agua.
- Ponlo a fuego lento (4 de 9) y recuerda no moverlo para que no se rompa el pescado. Si crees que se pega haz un movimiento de vaivén con la sartén.
- Una vez estén listas las patatas, puedes ponerte a disfrutar. ¡Que aproveche!
