- Tamizamos la harina sobre los ingredientes, agregamos la sal y el bicarbonato sódico, en lugar de bicarbonato sódico podéis utilizar la levadura seca. Pero a mí me gusta más utilizar el bicarbonato, nunca falla.
- Preparamos el molde, lo enmantecamos y enharinamos, o ponemos papel de horno. Vertemos en él la masa elaborada.
- Lavamos, secamos y abrimos por la mitad los albaricoques y colocamos las mitades de albaricoques boca arriba por toda la tarta en círculos. Horneamos la tarta en el horno precalentado a 180º durante 25 min luego abrimos el horno espolvoreamos la tarta con el azúcar moreno y horneamos otros 20 minutos más aproximadamente.
- Comprobamos que está hecha pinchando la con un palillo, si el palillo sale limpio la tarta ya está hecha, sino dejamos unos minutos más. Retiramos la tarta del horno cuando esté en su punto y la dejamos enfriar antes de desmoldar.
- Espolvoreamos la tarta con el azúcar glas y nuestra riquísima tarta ya está lista para comer. Podemos cortar un buen trozo y disfrutar esta maravillosa tarta. ¡Esta tarta desprende un olor riquísimo del albaricoque!
