  1. Lavamos y cortamos el calabacín por la mitad (a lo largo) yo también le corto la punta, pero eso es opcional.
  2. Precalentamos el horno a 200ºC. Y mientras vaciamos los calabacines. Con ayuda de una cucharita les quitamos la pulpa y la reservamos.
  3. Una vez esté caliente el horno, metemos los calabacines previamente pintados con aove. 15 minutos a 200ºC.
  4. Mientras tanto haremos el relleno. Para ello pondremos un chorrito de aove en la sartén y doraremos el ajo. Añadimos la cebolla y pochamos. Cuando empiece a cambiar de color, añadimos la zanahoria rallada. Cocinamos unos minutos e incorporamos la pulpa del calabacín que habíamos reservado al principio bien picadita junto con un poco de sal.
  5. Cuando esté blandito, añadimos la carne salpimentada y cocinamos hasta que se dore. Una vez hecha añadimos orégano y tomate frito al gusto. Cocinamos por unos minutos más para que se integre.
  6. Una vez pasados los 15 minutos sacamos el calabacín del horno y rellenamos las barquitas con el relleno que hemos hecho. Ponemos un puñado de queso rallado por encima y metemos de nuevo los calabacines al horno 15 minutos más a 200ºC.
  7. Sacamos del horno, emplatamos y listo!! A disfrutar 😛
