  3. Preparamos esta con la Rúcula, los Cherrys que cortamos por el centro y con un pelador de patatas hacemos lascas de Parmesano
  4. Hacemos una vinagreta clásica de aceite, vinagre y sal, mezclamos y distribuimos en el agujero que hemos dejado, ya podemos servir y degustar
