- Añadimos el tomate y las legumbres. Estas podemos cocerlas nosotros mismos o comprar unas en conserva de buena calidad. En ese caso escurrimos bien.
- Añadimos 4 c.s. de aceite de oliva y 1 c.s. de vinagre y mezclamos bien. Dejamos reposar en la nevera para que se enfríe bien.
- A la hora de emplatar rectificamos de sal, pimienta, aceite y vinagre. Agregamos el perejil picado, removemos y emplaramos.
