  2. Lavar el pimiento rojo y el pimiento verde, cortarlo en trocitos pequeños, pelar la zanahoria y cortar en rodajas no muy gruesas. En una cacerola ponemos los huesos de rape, el pimiento rojo, verde, la zanahoria, la cebolla, los dos dientes de ajo con cáscara y la hoja de laurel. Cubrir de agua, añadir la pastilla de caldo de pescado, sal y aceite.
  3. Poner en fuego alto, cuando empiece a hervir bajamos el fuego y ponemos una tapadera, vamos a dejar que se haga el caldo.
  4. A la 1/2 hora de cocción este es su aspecto: el caldo está espesando, vamos a poner la punta de un cuchillo de colorante alimentario (no pongan más o les quedará demasiado amarillo) probar de sal, tapar con tapadera y lo vamos a dejar cociendo hasta que el caldo esté espeso y todas las verduras estén blanditas.
  5. Pasada media hora el olor que tenemos en la cocina es maravilloso, nuestro caldo está espeso y todo está bien cocido. Retiramos del fuego y sacamos de la cacerola la cebolla y los huesos de rape
  6. Salar el bacalao y añadir al caldo, vamos a sacar un poco de caldo para cocer unos gramos de arroz (optativo) tapar la olla y dejar cocer el bacalao (depende del grosor del bacalao, en mi caso estuvo 5’)
  7. Poner sobre plato de presentación
  8. Maravilloso!
  9. Un bacalao muy tierno, acompañado de un caldo muy sabroso y delicioso!
