- Después de ligar todo, añadimos la carne que teníamos resevada y mezclamos con todo.



- Unos minutos después añadimos el vino tinto.


- Ganamos hervor y añadimos el Caldo, y mezclamos

- Es posible que salga algo de espuma, esto seran impurezas que retiraremos con un cacito.


- Una vez el caldo “limpio”, añadimos Sal y tapamos y cocemos en olla express durante 45’ desde que empieza a pitar.


- Pasados los 45’, dejamos que salga todo el vapor, y abrimos, en otra olla sartén onda, pescamos apartamos la carne y la Zanahoria.


- Colamos el Caldo sobre la Carne y Zanahoria



- Tapamos y a Fuego medio, dejamos que la salsa reduzca. Cuanto más reducido más espesor y sabor ganara


- Buscamos algo así, cuando este a nuestro gusto, añadimos unas patatas. Si se ha reducido demasiado y escaso de salsa, le va bien sustituir las patatpir un puré de patatas.
